Parker & Bass was founded by Jack Keilty (Age: 11), Will Keilty (Age: 9), Tom Keilty (Age: 7), and Annie Keilty (Age: 5) in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, Freshwater Sailing Capital of the World. Our goal is to design comfortable apparel and reliable equipment that allows you to achieve your sailing goals! We aim to be your trusted on water partner.
